The Blue Room
The Blue Room has a cozy, rustic American feel and gazing at the mantel you 'd have little idea it wasn't 1910. Situated in the front of the house, it is a prime location to watch the world go by just past the porch. Perfect for small gatherings of 6-10 people.
The Piano Room
The piano room has an intimate, private feel, like a speakeasy for just a few people. Perfect for your game night or just a hangout, piano room is designed for 4-8 people and provides a feeling of closeness and seclusion.
The Gray Room
With its cozy farmhouse dining room feel the gray room affords you and your guests space to mingle and enjoy each others company at the central table where you can feel at home and relax in the seclusion of our early 1900s home. The gray room is perfectly suited for 6-10 guests.
The Upper Deck
The Upper Deck at Cotton House is perfect for your medium sized gatherings and accommodates up to 20 people in a sitting format or 25 standing. The upper deck allows you views of Cary ' s new park as it comes to fruition!
The Lower Deck
From classic wedding receptions to classy get togethers, the lower deck at Cotton House is perfect for any occasion. Fitting up to 50 people, the lower deck offers protection from the elements and maintains the rustic chic vibe of cotton house.
The Backyard
Rehearsals, weddings, reunions, corn hole, you name it and the back yard can handle it. With its unique water feature and open spaces the back yard is perfect for larger parties and can fit up to 75 people. We have the ability to help you design a layout that works for any style of get together!
Indoor Buyout
For up to 35 guests, enjoy your beers from the comfort of our home! Perfect for groups that would like to remain weather-protected, but don’t need a large space. Restrooms and bar area will remain open to outdoor guests during the time of the event.
Full Property Buyout
For complete privacy and standing room for groups of up to 125, the full property buyout is the perfect way to celebrate corporate gatherings, birthday parties, wedding related events, and so much more! All areas of the property will be completely closed to the public during the time of the event.
